As a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in healthcare IT operations, I bring a strong track record of delivering reliable, secure, and high availability technology services within complex clinical and administrative environments. Serving as Director of Technology in the Information Technology, I oversee enterprise infrastructure, technical services, and cross functional technology initiatives that support both clinical care and operational efficiency. In this role, I manage a diverse technical team, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to staff including consultants, trainers, and IT specialists, engineers and solution architects. 

My leadership style emphasizes operational excellence, rapid issue resolution, and strong alignment with organizational priorities. A key part of my technical background includes hands on ownership of mission critical systems, such as automated medication dispensing integrations. For example, in support of Pyxis reporting workflows, I’m responsible for diagnosing issues tied to file transfer automations, identifying that processes were being interrupted by endpoint security restrictions, and coordinating corrective actions across IT, pharmacy, and vendor partners. My work enabled restored reliability of automated scheduling, secure file movement to SFTP environments, and ongoing system monitoring—highlighting his expertise in scripting, automation, secure transfers, and cross system coordination. In addition to my infrastructure and automation expertise, I maintains active involvement in enterprise technology modernization efforts.

 I participate in ServiceNow based ITSM process evolution, change management reviews, and release aligned workflow improvements, supported through engagements such as the organization’s ITSM Change Request and Release Management training series. My involvement reflects a deep understanding of incident, problem, and change management best practices and their connection to operational stability.
